How do I properly move buildings within a town?

I changed the internal structure of the buildings to accommodate the new unit placement (tier 3 to tier 5, tier 5 to tier 6, tier 6 to tier 3). However, the interface still seems to be linked to the original versions. I suspect that I may have achieved the result in the wrong way or that I haven't finished editing a certain file in the UserInterface (I added a link).
