МОД: Клинок Армагеддона / Armageddon's Blade

Fixed a bug related to the Barbarian education (when resetting the Barbarian education, the stats were not removed but remained even when the skill was absent).

It was done in a makeshift way, and I don't know if there will be any bugs.

Briefly, how it was done:

Barbarians no longer receive Barbarian education.

Barbarians receive regular education.

All three standard perks (Eagle Eye/Intelligence/Scholar) have been moved to special perks.

Barbarians have a restriction on learning them (they will not appear for them).

Barbarian perks from Barbarian education have been moved to regular education.

Barbarian perks have a restriction on learning (they will not appear for other factions).
