I agree with the people above; the mechanics of this role might be fine, but the balance seems off every time. With three questions, at least. It excessively narrows down the roles for the player being questioned. In one of my mafia games (like in "Brave New World"), I came across a survey with two questions, but I don't remember what it practically led to.
