Vasik seems to have experimented with this, and Gerter might have as well. The point is:
You can give Blood to any creature in the game, except for wyverns.
So, you could try changing the wyverns' ID to another creature that doesn't have too many game mechanics tied to it. For example, hydras. Swap everything around: give wyverns the hydra ID, give hydras the wyvern ID, change their castles, etc. And then give the wyverns Blood based on the hydra ID. This might work.
A loophole appears in the town (you'll only be able to upgrade wyverns to the Paladin level)

But you can upgrade them in the Fortress.

But you can't upgrade them into a neighboring creature (in our case, a Paladin)...

It's complicated))) I need to think about it and test it some more.

Well, it seems to have worked =)
I still need to test it, and I don't know how it will affect Random Maps and Campaigns, but there's a result.
I took a Mummy, a Manticore, and a Wolf for testing.

And they upgrade and downgrade correctly.

And they accumulate Blood, and the Blood abilities work.

I need to test it. If everything is okay, I'll replace the visual representation and fully define the Blood Fury levels, and it will be perfect =)
Thank you, Ment, for your advice =)
P.S. And the forum has learned to convert links into images automatically, YAY, -2 unnecessary steps in the process of posting images on the forum =)
