I remember a long time ago, a tournament was held on this portal, and it was for 5 players. It was organized by the respected VDV_forever. And I participated in it. My friend also wanted to participate, but he didn't have internet access, so I asked VDV_forever if my friend could also participate. He initially refused, saying that the tournament was only for registered users of the portal. But I insisted that it wasn't fair, and VDV_forever "gave in" and allowed my friend to participate in the tournament.
Therefore, I have no reason to refuse your request to register your friend in the tournament.
