If we were talking about an actual **execution**, I would agree. But he wouldn't have stayed alive and would have likely focused on the mafia (redirecting + killing) at night. I don't think the town would have lost if the day had ended in a "pseudo-NNV" (no night, no vote). In any case, Fragment's father was ready to remove the execution protection. :)

I think he would have resurrected a mafia member. I would do it that way. As a second action, I would kill someone in the town or in the mafia (but more likely in the town, as it's more advantageous to play against the mafia during the day, emphasizing that they dominate in numbers, especially with so many protections).
You're wrong to think that you're somehow disadvantaged. Everyone plays against everyone else. Maintaining balance is not easy, but people in all teams are working on it; otherwise, they will lose.
