Updated “morale” system on the forum (likes/dislikes).

Here's a suggestion: It could be implemented so that a single click on the bird icon triggers a "silent" morale boost. A second click would reload the old mini-form with a comment. This way, the simplicity and speed of the new interface would be combined with the extensive functionality that many (including myself) actively used.
