On the other hand, maybe I'm just overestimating myself, and this is normal, and people's inability to stick to a diet or give up certain foods is just a myth.
The solution is simple, or rather, the refrigerator in this case. When you live with someone and that person doesn't follow your diet, and the kitchen is filled with their food, it's very hard to control yourself. Although, there's still a life hack: you can train yourself that when you smell delicious aromas, and you're hungry and want to taste the source of the smell, you can just eat _something else_ right away, because your stomach doesn't really care. But this is for the chosen few. If others follow the same diet or you live alone, then you go to the store, buy products from the intersection of sets (CAN and LIKE), and there are no problems.
