NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

I think I remember seeing a mod where the creatures of the Elven faction were neutral and integrated through this mod, in case you wanted to replace the Elven faction with another one. Now, I can't seem to find such a mod. Or is my brain just playing tricks on me, making me believe something that isn't true? -_-
