New artifact effects (visual).

Found a bug. First, I raised skeletons and was surprised. Then, after moving the skeletons, it disappeared, and I calmed down. Then, I decided to play it safe and check with ghosts. The bug repeated (but last time, it disappeared after the skeletons moved). This time, after the ghosts moved, it didn't disappear and remained until the end. Removed the visual mod from the folder. Loaded the autosave. Checked for the bug - it's gone. Conclusion: the bug is in the mod.
