How do I create an artifact based on an existing one?

I don't remember exactly, but since you haven't received a response in a while, I'll say that I did something similar in my map "The Tale of Igor's Campaign." There, I modified the artifacts from the Rune set: name, description, effects, and visuals. Accordingly, you can delve into the map and take a look.
