[M]: "Wild Storm"

The first time I downloaded the mod, I only used the second link. I tried the mod from the first link, but the game wouldn't open at all. Then I decided to install both mods at the same time. The game launched, and the city looks like a city, not a fort. It has Naga dwellings instead of Elven ones. I started playing, but the portal still doesn't work, and the shipyard in the city is still abandoned. The Temple of Wisdom on the island is missing.
