I only add it to coffee, about 30-40% of the cup's contents is pure milk. I don't drink it without it.

I think Alex once said that drinking coffee with milk and/or sugar is not allowed; coffee is meant to be enjoyed in its pure form. So, these additions ruin the whole idea.
