Sacred Haven of Debauchery

If I'm eating a sandwich, it almost always includes cream cheese – about 95% of the time. It's also good to add butter, but unfortunately, I can't do that anymore due to health reasons. I haven't eaten sausage in a while, but I used to use it as an additional ingredient. Yes, tomatoes are great in sandwiches too, if they're sliced thinly.
