Sacred Haven of Debauchery

What would you prefer – for the name of your ancient and glorious clan to remain unknown, or for it to be known only as a word for a sandwich?

I would prefer that the name of my clan becomes synonymous with a sandwich, rather than almost any other fate for this family name. The only better option would be if it were used in the name of a scientific discovery (although a sandwich is almost a scientific discovery in itself).
