An organization that accepts certain types of tasks and characters may repel another type of character. For example, if an organization hires open slave owners (or is even run by them), black mages, and demonologists, how would you justify working for such people as an Artherian?

But we already know for sure that we already have slave owners. So, if you are an Artherian, you shouldn't be too fanatical about it, and nothing will change.
Black mages and demonologists – yes, I agree about the nuance, especially regarding the latter. But, I hope no one plans to create them, otherwise it will be too contrasting.
