You can. You place the hero on the map, then go to Map Properties => Players Properties => Player 1 => Main Hero => and select by name in Russian.

Indeed, it is possible. I forgot about this parameter in this tab. However, you don't even need to change anything in the hero's properties. Thank you for your help.
