NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

So, I applied it to the new one. It turns out that it is suddenly very sensitive to the main xdb file (GameMechanics/Creatures/...) being named as creature_name (e.g., creature_190). Through trial and error and by examining other files, I suddenly solved the problem – it wouldn't work without that.
