KiraSao, unfortunately, this won't help. Right at the start, a dialog box appears with the initial hero selection, etc. If it doesn't appear, it means either your version 3.1 is actually incomplete (most likely), or some modifications are crashing the script at a very early stage. There should also theoretically be a message popping up on the second turn saying that you shouldn't continue playing; this is an indication that the script has generally run, but the initial dialog hasn't appeared (the problem is with the incomplete version).
