Modding, copyright, and related issues.

I'm curious, purely out of curiosity, but objectively, when trying to write letters to Ubisoft, and if you aren't ignored, there are two likely scenarios: 1. The psatkha scenario, where some public relations person or just support responds and expresses their opinion that, in principle, you can use the resources, yes. But no one will give official permission. 2. My scenario, where I asked about the source code, and support replied that no, of course not. How to get to a higher level, and whether it's even possible, I can't imagine. Ubisoft, unfortunately, doesn't seem like the kind of company that seriously monitors community sentiment unless it's related to complaints about ugly/copied models for a new game.
