RPW – A mod that features unique models for some heroes.

Well, I understand that you're not satisfied with your own result; you want it to be perfect, but it's not quite there. But that's just self-criticism, and it's not objective. If people like it, then you're doing a good job...
Regarding third-party programs, weren't there any major complaints about the models themselves? Well, maybe some minor issues with individual models, like the female elf models. But if you just improve the textures on a few of them, it will be really great. Why would you need specific software for that?
