How do you control this if it's all available on a phone or in a browser (taking a screenshot and then looking it up while playing)? Drawing it on paper (idea from Benis).
What kind of absurdity is this?

And how do you control that the opponent doesn't watch a stream of another player?
Rules always assume the good faith of the players.
If you assume dishonesty in advance, then you should only play anarchy without any rules or restrictions, allow ArtMoney... and everything else... or not play at all...
And those who try to circumvent the rules, firstly, only hurt themselves, and secondly, can be easily exposed.
Rules are, roughly speaking, a gentleman's agreement, which each player gives. And whether they keep it or not is another matter, regardless of whether you write down the rules or not.
