PLEASE NOTE! You must disable this checkbox after every restart!** Both host and opponent should check that HW rules are off before starting the game. If the game accidentally starts with HW rules enabled, it should be finished with those limitations (although when the engine allows certain actions, they can still be performed). 5. On 160%, players bid for choice of Race and Color. The first bid is determined by a coin flip. 6. On 200%, Races are random, but Color changes each time the game restarts. The initial color is determined by a coin flip. On 200%, the game is played with 2500 starting gold. To add 2500 starting gold, select 160%, give both players 2500 gold via gold transfer, and then switch back to 200%. 7. **Rules are standard.** If these rules change during the tournament, they will also apply to this tournament. **Default chess timer:** For 160%: (19:00+08:00+01:15) For 200%: (16:00+08:00+01:00) **Subjective Restarts:** For 160%: 113 For 200%: 114 For 200%, restarting after generating three towns is mandatory. - All road types are allowed. - Players can choose their starting bonus. - **Mage guild and library rebuilds are enabled.** - **The daily grail digging bug is prohibited.** Anti-bug abuse rules: 1. If it's obviously impossible to leave the starting zone due to obstacles, a restart without subjective evaluation is permitted, but no later than turn 112. 2. If the game lasts until turn 347 and has not ended, the game is saved. The save file is sent to the judge, and players decide which existing units will participate in the final battle. Mana doubling is not possible for FB, but maximizing mana through artifacts is allowed. Players choose which units will go to the final battle; then, the judge selects a terrain with minimal bonuses. Players travel to this zone by turn 417 with their main hero, without taking any objects, attacking or joining neutrals, or visiting any other locations. Red attacks blue. The winner of the FB wins the game. II. Organizational Questions 1. The tournament is conducted according to Rules of organization, conduction, and participation in tournaments. 2. Players on the Black list cannot participate in the tournament. 3. **Tournament host and judge:** Host: Ihromant (ICQ: 5676388). Co-host and Judge: (please apply) When it's impossible to resolve an issue independently, judges and the host can seek assistance from AK. The host may make changes to the rules during the tournament. 4. A report must be submitted for each game. Players should write and confirm the report. Save files for games must be kept until the end of the tournament and provided to the host and judges upon request (or for AK members). 5. Information about the tournament will be updated throughout the event and displayed at the top of the topic. 6. All tournament games are included in the HW rating. The report list is located at the beginning of the topic. 7. The tournament winner receives a traditional reward under their avatar. **Sponsors for the prize pool are welcome.** III. Timeframes All participants must adhere to the declared timeframes: 1. After each round, opponents should contact each other to arrange a preliminary game schedule. Agreement means reaching an agreement after online discussion. An offer without a response is not considered an agreement. 2. You should immediately notify the host about any issues with timing (internet connection problems, needing to leave due to personal reasons, etc.). 3. Preferred times for tournament games are between 12:00-24:00 Kiev time on weekends and between 19:00-24:00 Kiev time on weekdays. If a player cannot play during these times, the host may declare a win for their opponent. 4. **Anti-dodging policy:** You have two days for each unplayed game. For example, if you and your opponent haven't finished two games, four days before the end of the round, I will flip a coin twice to determine the winner. If, by this time, I don't have information (report, private message in ICQ/Discord), the participant who believes that their opponent is dodging should write to me before the deadline, and I will set a mandatory time for playing at a suitable time for them. Therefore, it's better to reach an agreement with your opponent than to involve the host in resolving these issues (see point 1). **Registration:** October 10 - November 1, 2019. **Sorting:** November 2/3, 2019. **Start of the Tournament:** November 4, 2019. IV. Ground Rules Playoffs are Best-of-Three (BО3). The Grand Final is Best-of-Five (BО5). Each tour lasts three weeks; the grand final lasts five weeks.
