What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

I would remove the bugs. I would add more city management. (I should have brought all the creatures from Enroth; otherwise, it's like in the description on Hugolka, where the black dragons managed to fly into the portal, but the red and green ones didn't pass the dress code.)
