Just now, on my way home, two female members of a religious sect tried to talk to me about wearing sandals without socks.
.
The Jehovah's Witnesses tried to involve me several times. They had all sorts of conversations with me, asked questions that I didn't even know how to answer. I even went to one of their meetings once. And they probably would have succeeded because I didn't know anything about sects at all when I first met them, or maybe it wasn't the first time, but it was the first time they really tried to get me involved. I was already seriously considering going to their meeting, thinking about what they were trying to sell me, but fortunately, I told my colleagues about my encounter at work, and they suddenly, to my surprise, strongly dissuaded me, saying that they wouldn't want to lose me, and in general, I was very surprised by their words, but such strange things were said about them by very respected and worthy people. And I listened to them. I read about the Jehovah's Witnesses on the internet myself, and I went to the meeting just because I had promised, knowing that I wouldn't join.
Hermit is writing now as if he himself is a character from the current expedition, who has fallen under the influence of Galmey.
