HOTA 2sm2c(3): Modified m200: secondary towns cannot be Swamp, Snow, or Desert; secondary towns cannot be Stronghold, Fortress, or Conflux. The following heroes are banned: Magic Specialists level 4, excluding Cloners, Infernovarks, and Luna Cy'el Logisticians, as well as Gargoyle, Gnome, and Snake Specialists.

To make it work, create a folder named 2sm2c(3) and place my file inside it.
