The arena's interior had a dedicated training complex, but it wasn't any more effective than the one upstairs. There were no fees for arena fighters.

So, does that mean you can instantly and freely level up any specialization except for the special ones? Isn't that a bit too good? But if that's the case, I'll take a full expert level 3.
