A more detailed plan of action for Lex and Mirna:
If it is not inappropriate and possible, they try to replenish their food supplies at the Fortress.
They also legally obtain (within 10 silver coins) a staff for Lex, if possible.
They restore their health.
They head to Pilas (taking into account Ples's latest information, it would be good to get there no earlier than Eric, or to go there together with him somehow).
That's all, unless there are any unforeseen circumstances.

And more importantly - where is the fifth one? Did he go somewhere? Can you remember?
