Who's good at math? Taking level 25, the chance to inspire is 60%. With 5 morale on a creature, the chance of morale triggering is 50%. With mass slow, you need to look at how much initiative each unit has. IMO, the average will be 15-17. We recalculate all of this and estimate how many times the hero will move under the effect of empathy, compared to a regular hero without it.
