Whether you're on the list or not is completely irrelevant... No one will punish you for it.

But that's not true... saves will only be accepted from those who are on the list (i.e., have registered).
The difference is that the person (in a timely manner) posted that they want to register and are sending the save before receiving a response, but this "under the table" approach (as was the case with Richard) will no longer work! ;)
