HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

It seems the library spell is no longer being rebuilt. This is incorrect. In the standard rules, rebuilding the library is allowed. In some tournaments, it was banned, but this is up to the organizers. In 1.40, rebuilding the library was enabled with a separate checkbox.

Yes, in 1.38.3, the library slot is not being rebuilt.
So, it needs to be rebuilt, right? Would this satisfy most of the community?
I absolutely don't want to add a checkbox like in 1.40.
The number of checkboxes should be as small as possible.
Even what exists in 1.38+ bothers me.
It bothers me that there are two windows with checkboxes (HWRules and HD+). There should be only one.
Or, one window should pop up before the start, and the checkboxes that are rarely used should be hidden in a window that doesn't pop up and needs to be opened specifically.

Furthermore, if different combinations of checkbox states are needed for different templates, then the presets of these settings should be linked to the templates.
And the checkboxes themselves should be moved to a window that needs to be opened specifically.

I am convinced that before starting a new game, the user should click as few things as possible, and ideally, the number of checkboxes should be zero.

For example, does anyone play without a chess timer now?
And does anyone disable the "start timer after move" checkbox?
And the "replayable quick battle" checkbox?

I can figure this out myself, but what about the rules checkboxes?
Once again, this is not about completely removing the checkboxes, but about not having them in front of your eyes at the start and about making the checkboxes automatically configured according to the template, if this is required.
