Blue armies are limited by weekly growth. Technically, if you manage to defend against the enemy once and seize all the artifacts (and very powerful artifacts can drop from Benedict, it just depends on your luck), the blue faction won’t have these problems anymore. But Giovanni is endless.

Blue will accumulate resources later, but not as quickly as Giovanni.
