RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

I'm finishing up the hero for the good guys; I just need to choose a decent image for the shield. I've already placed a dragon on the flag, which is the same dragon used to mark all the chests in Dark Messiah. This dragon will also be the faction's emblem.
