Fourth round: regular bidding, but opponents choose each other's starting heroes (for an example, see the tournament 2010). Details. For all templates except h3dm1: after the faction pair is generated in the lobby, regular bidding takes place. The player who wins the bid chooses the faction first, after which the opponents assign each other's starting heroes. For the h3dm1 template: a random faction is generated in the lobby, after which the opponents bid for the right to be the first to assign a hero to the opponent.
I will answer possible questions right away: yes, a hero is also assigned for Conflux; who chooses first does not matter, but if it is important to someone, then the one who won the bid for the faction assigns a hero to the opponent first.
