The person responsible for these inquiries forwarded my letter to two employees in charge of this matter, and then one of them gave a POSITIVE response, stating that for non-commercial projects within the framework of their game series, it is permissible to use content from these games!
Okay. Apparently, my conversation was related to the specifics of the issue.
Sometime ago I tried to contact Nival and Ubisoft to request the use of H5 source code for non-commercial use.
Nival said that their hands are tight without permission from Ubisoft. Ubisoft did not respond to my e-mail.
