Is the cop trying to establish a connection with the Japanese guy again, only to mess everything up later?

This is a normal Japanese guy with a code of honor, not some pervert. I won't have as many problems with him.
By the way, I think Seitaro is even more effective in duels than our Visier. It would be great to recruit him, although it's unrealistic.
