1. Grail digging remains. However, to use the bonuses in the Conflux, you need to build the corresponding level of Guildhall in any of the cities (similar to scrolls).

Huge respect for this interpretation of the rule. Can you tell me who suggested the idea of using Grail bonuses in the Conflux in the same way as scrolls? This wasn't discussed, and we'd like to know the heroes (in a good sense) by name. And also, will this rule be implemented in the HW mod?
