In my opinion, they did a good job of distributing screen time among the various characters (a real achievement), introduced a good villain (Marvel doesn't often burden itself with coming up with decent motivations, and they had been building up to this encounter for a long time, developing the intrigue)... To talk about the unpleasant moments, I'll have to spoil a bit: Peter Parker, why are you whining before you die, why? I thought that after "Homecoming," Spider-Man couldn't be made any more pathetic, but I was wrong again, haha. There were, of course, other minor things, but that hit me the hardest.
