Ah, I see what you mean. We can phrase it as "Strengthening the position of Charneymland in Tiaral," I suppose. How about that?

Why should people from all over Tiaral care about Charneymland (or are you talking about a new country?)? At least for me, it would be difficult to justify this with my own country if it's supposed to be the main official goal.
If establishing and strengthening a new country is the goal, then it works.
Otherwise, I support it.
