Why not? I can't rule it out. Take the palace, for example – if everyone except one or two died when opening the colorful doors, or on the statue, which is hypothetically possible, then it would be game over. Later, if you pass the torture sequence, but only men remain in the group, then the seductress will almost certainly lead to a game over.
