In Ukraine, the Hammers of Fate were more expensive, as was the original game. It cost around 350 rubles, if not more. (I'm not very familiar with rubles. I convert our hryvnias into your rubles). And I don't think the system requirements will increase for the Tribes of the East. They didn't increase for the Hammers of Fate, and I don't think they will here either. Unless you need more RAM.
The quality of the water has improved dramatically, and all the new units are much better drawn... and all of this affects the requirements...
P.S.: It's not critical for me, but it would be good (no, even better - great :) ) if the developers finally made Heroes officially compatible with Vista. :)
