The main thing is that the scheme should be more diverse in terms of development than the standard one, without unnecessary arrows and dependencies.
In the first scheme, I don't like that it's too detailed and confusing. In the second scheme, it's too simple; there's no level-based progression for the Town Hall - Capitol.
In both schemes, I don't like the influence (arrows) of the Fortress - Citadel - Castle on the construction of creatures; in the standard version, it was better without the dependency.
Personally, I like the standard construction scheme. If you see any shortcomings for the variability of opening strategies, improve it, but the arrows from Fortress-Citadel-Castle to creature dwellings are not a good idea. We need a choice: 1. either we build the base (upgrade) first and then improve it with Fortresses. 2. or Fortresses first. 3. or base-Fortress-upgrade.
Why make a rigid connection that you build the Fortress first, and then the creatures? This reduces the variability of the building order.
