Why does a user with the nickname "Ment" encourage others to break the law more often than anyone else?

1) I didn't say anything about a specific person.
2) Come on, they come up with all sorts of ridiculous laws, and we have to follow them. The main thing is not to drive drunk and stay on the correct side of the road; everything else is nonsense.
