Will there be a new version of Heroes 3?

Well... how to put it! Within the framework of Heroes of Might and Magic III½, all of this is already implemented... There are already more neutral creatures... and castles are on the way ;)

To my shame, I have never played Heroes of Might and Magic III½. I don't even know what it is, and whether it is similar to the third game.
However, I would like all of this to be in the game that I know - Heroes of Might and Magic III.
