The Khotovian restructuring essentially doubles the number of spells available in a single guild – in each slot, you can learn the default spell and 1 restructured spell. That is, from one tower, you can obtain 2 spells of level 5, 4 spells of level 4, and so on. If you need more, you will have to build another guild.
