How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Apologies for posting from a different profile, this is Tengro. The main problem with the forum is the chat, as strange as it may seem.
Instead of discussing things on the forum pages, forum members sit in the chat, engage in off-topic conversations, and make jokes.
Verdict: remove the chat completely! And introduce stricter rules.

If you do that, you'll have to create a topic in the "Off-Topic" section called "Free discussion on any topic" or something like that... of course, it won't be as intense as the current off-topic, it will be more constructive :D, but the essence will be the same... except that moderators can better control the messages there...

And, by the way, didn't we manage without a chat before? Now the chat is driving things to the extreme... 1 post on the forum and 1900 in the chat - is that normal?

P.S.: I'm sure that when the expansion is released, there will be less off-topic and irrelevant content. ;) People are just waiting for something new, that's all. :)
