The problem is that everyone sees something different. For example, you believe that the ratio of locations to days should be 3 to 7, while Alexey believes it should be approximately 1 to 2 (taking into account the bonus). Kyle and I believe it should be 1 to 1, and Topor considers locations to be evil and wants to ignore them altogether. If the overwhelming majority (or the administration) clearly expressed support for a specific ratio, then the issue could be resolved.
