So looks like this map needs a lot of tests and fixes from author before someone can play it and be sure that it's passable

Absolutely, there are many problems that I am aware of - even mentioned to him. I also told him of some problems with Metataxer but he has not gotten around to update it.

For Operator: I told him the windmill was misplaced, should be behind second gate and he agreed. Still, that means in his tests Operator opened the second gate anyway.

The difference between both maps is we know for certain Sun King was never tested extensively, there are still lots of work to be done on it ... instead he has been working on another SoD map slowly but I don't know that it will ever be completed (only available public info about that map).
I will send him a few words, maybe with some cooperative work from players of the community RoTSK can be made playable.
