BELTWAY, when translated from English, undoubtedly means a ring road. However, in the Russian version, the map is called World of Winds (perhaps the translators were confused by another meaning of the word "belt" - a narrow strait?). To confirm this, you can, for example, play through the map and look at the name in the leaderboard.
