In short, I'll take the first quest. For now, I don't see any reason not to do it solo for the full reward, but I could split it between two players with Heroist or Nebosom-the-chatterbox as a last resort. It's also possible to do it with three players, although it's not ideal. However, Heroist could do the quest for free, just for the experience and moral satisfaction, as he has plenty of money.
